Hi, I would like this opprutunity to give my views on recent property purchase through carina. I have recently purchased my first home. I met her a different property inspection which i ended not buying. She however understood my requirements and suggested this property which was perfect for me and within my range. I quite liked her honesty and straighforwardness. She helped me put in an offer and secured the home for me. She even negotiated a couple of repairs that were paid for by the vendor. I am planning to travel overseas for my wedding and hope bring the new bride in to new house. She was also very helpful when i needed access to the house before settlement for getting renovation quotes. She helped me to make sure i got the quotes before i left. I would certainly recommend her to my friends and family who are looking to buy in the area. She is defgintely different from the stories i have heard about real estate agents.
