I give Carl Baker, and his wife Sabina, 11/10!

As with anything in life, I always make three inquiries and choose what seems the best. So, it was with Carl. That said, Carl was recommended to us by another, distant, agent but that recommendation was not the only sway. His general demeanour, and the team spirit with his wife, made the choice easy. And, I hope I can say this without upsetting his privacy: Carl seems to have a very worthwhile recreational life, and that equals "stress relief" in this high stress world. I know because I engage in same / similar practices. That then means he is refreshed and energetic to serve his clients with maximum efficiency. Perhaps others could take a "leaf out of his book", sometimes easier said than done, of course! We can not too highly recommend Carl (our house was sold, somewhat, on day #1) and we absolutely would go to him again, in a heartbeat, for local Real Estate or, his recommendation in choosing another agent in a distant locale, if the situation arose.
