It's not the usual process writing a review for a real estate agent that was representing the vendor, and not me (the purchaser). I first met Carl when I started renting in the local area. He took care of our rental property and made sure we were well taken care of during our tenancy. Based upon this experience I asked him to sell my home and I'm glad I did. He understood I wanted a quick sale but didn't want to devalue my property for it. He noticed all the work I had done to the place and wanted to make sure it was reflected in the asking price.
