Carl was easy to deal with in terms of returning phone calls, emails and keeping us up to date. However having a house listed with no sec32 and it took over a week for our offer to be reviewed which was then put on hold again to give others the time to place their offer. I think he's pretty genuine but we still think we paid a great deal more for land listed with a set price. In terms of arranging our acceptance and everything it was an easy process and everything seemed in order by the end
