We met Carl and Michael while viewing a house in Churchlands. While that house wasn’t suitable Carl listened to our needs and what we required in our next house. They suggested some addresses to look at and one of those homes became ours. Carl has been exceptionally helpful in the negotiations and in helping us get the settlement date that we required for a seemless move from one residence to another. We felt we had very open and honest communication and no queries or requests where ever not given their full attention. We had some minor teething problems on moving day but both Carl and Michael where there to help and quickly problem solved on our behalf the issues. Carl is exceptionally community minded and through his Free Bootcamps , Christmas concerts and family fun days in the Beautiful Churchlands Green Park he continues to pull the community together.
