We bought a block through Carl and found him easy to deal with from start to finish. He was quick to respond, kept us in the loop at every step, and was straightforward in all our dealings. When we asked for some minor works on the block, Carl raised it with the owner straight away and had it sorted before settlement. Smooth sale with no dramas, and we'd happily deal with Carl again
