Carl was awesome with helping accommodate viewing for us at the last minute the first time when we looked at the property. Even during COVID with restrictions in place he went out of the way to help with multiple viewings with safety measures in off hours and always punctual. During the deal negotiation he was very transparent with the feedback and gave us updates regularly. All in all it was a very smooth and pleasant experience working with Carl and his team.
