Carl McCann was a great choice of Agent for selling our Geelong property. He was always honest and accurate in his price estimates and did not try to created false expectations of price in order to get the business. The property was sold quickly within the estimated price range. He was always attentive to answering our calls and was available to speak with when needed. He was helpful in the presentation of the property and was speedy in getting the property onto the market. We would recommend him to others and would engage him again if the situation arose.

I have used multiple real estate agents over the last 30 years, but will explain my thoughts in relation to when I met Carl which was approx 2006 - 1. No exteme body language, as is offen shown in real estate agents. 2. Very easy to talk to, as in he does not talk over you, and listens and hears to what you have to say. Some listen but do not hear. 3. Very punctual when a meeting is arranged. Most other real estate agents are between 15 and 30 minutes late. Time is money. 4. Always polite, and curteous. 5. And the best of all - he is a closer, which means anyone can be a salesperson, but a closer is a level above the rest. When I decided to sell our home in Waurn Ponds, i asked 2 real Estate agents to come and discuss the sale and asked their evaluation, which by my thoughts where well under my estimate.(approx $60,000 under my estimate) When I contacted Carl and asked him to put my price on the house, his answer was, " yes we will do that". Carl was professional in his attitude and kept us very well informed throughout the campaign which was much appreciated. As the property was tennented at the time he was also able to liaise and negotiate well with the Tennent avoiding any potential problems. Well would recommend Carl to others.
