There was a true sense of teamwork and a business culture that values, respect, manners & genuine care for their clients. Carl’s approach is aligned with these highly valued principles. Carl was energetic, focused & proactive with a very professional and highly respectful approach. His clear communications & prompt notifications with each new development or suggested strategy haves us confidence & kept us informed throughout. We felt highly supported & not pressured, by being presented with well-explained choices & given autonomy in our decisions. Amazing Agent

Carl Paterson is a lovely agent, who was patient in working with us to jointly create and agree on strategies that made sense for our home. He took initiative in attending every single one of our open homes, and even scheduling in times outside of weekends. He was knowledgeable about our neighborhood and was able to represent this confidently. He diligently followed up on potential buyers, and with his experience in this field, was able to short list serious buyers from others who were not so ready. He always kept us informed with in-depth weekly reports that he took the time to sit down and discuss how we move forward, week to week. Carl's personal touch was unique compared to other agents, very approachable and truly demonstrated commitment to sell our home.
