Delivered a fair deal

It was a difficult market to sell our family home however Carl was forthright, clear, respectful of my wishes, put a huge effort into viewing even when it was quiet and constantly followed up and kept me in the loop. Carl negotiated at fair deal just recently sacrificing some of his commission to ensure the deal went through.
