When working through the process of finding the right agent for the sale our home, we spent a lot of time researching the market. We attended many auctions in the area and also met with quite a few agents from different agencies. Separate from our own research, we met a local to Prahran that had just completed a sales campaign with Jellis Craig and they highly recommended Carla. From there a connection was made and we started what I would say would be a very quick transition from considering selling through to actually going to market. Carla and her team were fantastic from day one. I didn't think the process would run so smoothly. We have a very young family and all along we didn't feel pressured. The market feed back although a little conservative at times was great and we had a great feeling for where were sitting at each stage of the campaign. All went well. I suspect all agent's try to downplay expectations, which happened - the price was above reserve... about what I hoped....Carla was attentive, and all got arranged v efficiently.

I requested an agent that had over 10 year local residential property experience, was one of the top sellers of residential houses, and was honest, trustworthy and had good communication skills.
