Sale of Malvern family residential property

In beginning the process for selling this property I initially requested an agency to provide details and information of 3 agents to consider. I requested an agent that had over 10 year local residential property experience, was one of the top sellers of residential houses, and was honest, trustworthy and had good communication skills. Carla has met all these requisites. Apart from displaying an honest and direct approach, she has always been personable, and had the time and patience to respond to questions and demands. She has been absolutely central in organising, assisting and driving the process for my brother and I to follow in preparing and presenting the family property for sale. The sales price far and away exceeded that which we and others expected. I honestly cannot appreciate, and recommend, this agent more highly.
