Nothing was too much trouble for Carla and she represented the vendor well. She was always there to help us understand the purchasing process, the vendor's needs and to give us access to the property to make sure it was the one we wanted to purchase. She played no games. She put no pressure on us whatsoever. Carla made the buying process a very pleasant one, and I can highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell a property. She will present your property in the best light, and will make your buyers happy and eager to purchase, without resorting to high pressure sales tactics and other means common in this industry. Having a 5 month old at the time we were concerned about the amount of stress selling and organising an interstate move would place on us. So we approached this with trepidation, meeting with 3 agents before putting our house on the market.
