We found Carlie professional and friendly, very easy to talk to. Her knowledge was excellent and she handled a difficult situation with our Tennent very well. The sale price she achieved was higher than expected. The only negative would be attention to detail of documents for our contract - name and address incorrect. Will be happy to recommend to family and friends
