Unfortunately I had an agent that gave me an inflated expectation of price for my unit so I went ahead and put it on the market. He then left the organisation and I was allocated a different person With no movement on the sale for many weeks I was very concerned about the lack of progress. I became somewhat frustrated with this and had to repeatedly ring the agent and then asked to speak to his boss as I had no contact or update from him. After disappointingly having to drastically reduce the price of my unit it was finally sold but I remain unhappy with the outcome. Would have to think very hard about using Barry plant again
