Carlos and his team are with you all the way. They are an exceptional team who are professional in every aspect of the sales process. We were very impressed with their daily updates and keeping us informed along the way. The sale of our home went thru very smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Carlos is a very good agent whose market knowledge is very good, and is a very good sellers agent/good negotiator. He would benefit from training up his staff to his standard to support the agency in a wider capacity.

Whilst being impressed with professionalism, market knowledge, and prompt communication post home openings etc , what I thought really stood out was real genius marketing approach in a tough market, but also enthusiasm and clever negotiation skills with potential purchasers . Very much appreciated. Would have no hesitation in recommending Carlos

Very pleased with the team performance selling my property in a difficult market for a price above expectation. Was kept informed every stage of the way during the sale process which eased the potential for stress.

We selected Carlos from attending one of his Home Opens, we were very impressed with his customer service, morals and values. With the current downturn in the Perth real estate market Carlos has proven himself time and time again with our properties that we listed with him. His perseverance, dedication and professionalism sold our properties. Due to the finance downturn in the market one of our properties ended up taking longer than expected to be sold, Carlos was never deterred and was always looking at ways to change the marketing and target different markets, while trying to attain a good price for our property. He is supported by very good people in his team (Sam and Chloe), their customer service is superb! and they worked together with us to ensure the process was smooth and as painless as possible. I would highly recommend Carlos and his team to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Thanks to Carlos and Chloe for their assistance with the purchase of my first home. They were easy to deal with, supportive and provided helpful advice. Thanks for the thoughtful welcoming house gift too.

Recently listed a property through Carlos and his team which ended up selling prior to going to market. This was a great result for us and proved the dedication and motivation Carlos and his team have towards realestate. We felt informed and aware at every stage of the process, receiving personal updates from his team about all aspects from viewings to feedback and right through to settlement status. Overall it was a professional experience and one we wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Working with Carlos and Chloe has been fantastic- by far the best real estate team in Perth!! Their communication and local knowledge has been second to none! Carlos secured a buyer for our Bayswater block from his database within the first day it went to market!! The process after this went so smooth and I was kept updated and informed during the entire process. If you're after an agent who is genuine, knowledgeable and an expert in area I would absolutely recommend selling or buying through Carlos!!

Finger on the pulse, with a great friendly approach. Highly recommend this duo team. Between Chloe and Carlos it is like a well oiled machine. Can't thank them enough for our final result and trusted them the whole way through. Cheers Tim and Rosie

Carlos and his assistant Chloe have been amazing in the sale of my property from start to finish and I would highly recommend. I would have no hesitation in using Carlos again should the need arise. His knowledge, communication and honesty have been second to none and made for a quick sale and was able to exceed the asking price. Amazing! His assistant Chloe should also get a mention for her dedication, communication and commitment. Thank you. If you are looking for a realestate agent with proven success and someone that is easy to deal with, then Carlos and his team are the ones for you.

Very helpful & knowledgeable about the area. Buying my home was made easy & stress free.

I found Carlos to have exceptional local knowledge in the Bayswater, Mount Lawley, Inglewood, Bedford area. Carlos and his asssitants communicated clearly and promptly. He put great effort into acting in the best interest of his sellers throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend if looking to sell in the above mentioned suburbs.
