my feelings about Carlos Peters
If you want a agent who keeps you informed and up to date and gives value for money dont choose Carlos Peters. My wife and I have brought and sold 6 properties over the years and he would be the worst estate agent we have ever used. The property was sold on the 17th November and we did not receive any communication at all till settlement on the 15th Feb. I contacted him on 3 occasions but did not get any reply from him or his office. I had to contact the solicitor and follow up the matter when there was a delay in the sale. but on the other hand with the purchase of our new property Harcorts of Albion Park went above and beyond to help us with the purchase and kept us informed all the way.

Hi Ken, Im sorry that you and Dolly were not happy with the sale. I believe we achieved an excellent price and through this enabled you to move south. I pride my self on returning every call I receive on the day I receive it, so am not sure what happened on the 3 occasions you are speaking of. I did discuss the delay with you, due to finance which has been a common problem throughout covid, as we were all working to the time frame required for your purchase and I continually chased the purchaser and there solicitor to get it to happen for you. I wish you had alerted me to your dissatisfaction when dropping the keys off so that we could have talked it through and I could have offered you an apology in person. I hope you and Dolly have settled in nicely and wish you all the best for the future.
