Outstanding full team service from a local reputable agent that did not disappoint. Thank you so very much Carlos for your honest, attentive & professional manner in streamlining the buying process. All your hard work from accompanying through the viewing process, to being kept informed of all property updates, before auction was truely appreciated.
Carlos is a professional and reliable agent we decided to put the apartment on the market till the day of the sale, he guided us at every step and made it look easy for us to achieve my selling expection.Highly recommended!
Carlos welcomed us without hesitation and offered us support throughout the buying process. Highly recommend. Thank you!
I've never known an agent to open for inspection as often as Carlos. He seemed to be at the property every other day, with a comprehensive analysis sent regularly. There were a large number of bidders at the auction which resulted in a most satisfactory outcome.
I have already left a review for the team at McGrath Strathfield lead by Tarun and Michael but I would like to leave a special mention to Carlos that went above and beyond every step of the way, I found him to be honest, very professional and a genuine guy.Carlos worked tirelessly to get us the best result and he blew that out of the park.
When I was looking for an agent, Carlos was the only one who felt like he genuinely understood the value and highlights of my property instead of treating it like another sale. He was also the most optimistic of all the agents and achieved a good result in the tough market conditions.
Carlos has been a great agent to work with, he guided us from the time we decided to list our property for sale until the very end. He was working so hard to achieve the best result. He was honest and transparent all the way through. I would recommend Carlos with no hesitation.
I highly recommend Carlos. He has gone above and beyond and helped me secure my first property. Very knowledgeable, and professional and I will highly recommend his expertise.
Carlos did an outstanding job selling my late parents home. He achieved a great price considering the state of the market. Carlos goes out of his way and beyond for his clients. Highly recommended and would work with him again.
Carlos was great to deal with, always available, knowledgeable and above else genuine. He had our best interests at heart and we felt supported throughout the whole process, keeping us well informed at all times. No matter what we needed, Carlos was able to help and offer sound advice. He made us feel like he was working just for us. You won’t find an agent who will work harder in selling your property than Carlos!
