Calm and thoughtful

A man to be trusted. Carlos was the opposite of what I expected from a real estate agent. He was never pushy, or domineering. In difficult circumstances he kept his cool, and guided us through the process of selling. Always listening, and gently advising. He gave us helpful information but let us make the decisions in our own time.
