After missing out on another property with Shellharbour Marina Real Estate, I was impressed that they contacted me soon after with a pre-market inspection for a similar property. As a first home buyer I would have appreciated having this explained a little more clearly. However on the whole I've found Carly to be friendly, approachable and responsive.
