Result- the house sold on its second open house. Carly came into our lives like a tornado, and within 10 days had found us a really eager buyer. Unfortunately our buyer had some problems with their buyers, two different buyers, so Carly stepped in, with their agent’s permission, and sold their house on her first open day. The new owners are now happily ensconced in our old house! Sadly we have had no such luck with our vendors, and our settlement has been put back several times. However, through all the thicks and thins, Carly has been liaising with all parties involved and has kept us up to date on all developments, even calling just to keep us positive if there was no news.
