Carmel did an excellent job of selling our Unit, despite some external difficulties outside of her control, encountered along the way, & we would recommend her to anyone else wishing to sell their property.

Carmel has been extremely professional and very responsive throughout the whole proceedings and even post sale which is rare in agents. She is trustworthy and genuine in her handling of accounts and happy to explain the process at each stage. Thank you Carmel, we highly recommend you to sellers and buyers alike. Regards, Wes

Carmel is experienced, capable and a professional real estate agent. Will definently considering purchasing another property in the near future.

Carmel sold me my current property and displayed patience with both myself and the vendor. I believe she displayed tact and discretion for the benefit of both parties and her advice was accurate. She worked hard to get both parties to a commonplace and I appreciate the work she put into the sale.

We would like to thank Carmel for the professional and personal service that was provided to us with the sale of our Kangaroo Point Apartment recently. As purchasers we can't recommend Carmel highly enough. At all times she was professional and approachable. Her negotiation between us, the purchasers and the the sellers was outstanding. Carmel 's ongoing assistance and care from the initial inspection through to the completion of the sale was commendable. When we are ready to purchase again in Brisbane we will seek Carmel's assistance. Thanks heaps Carmel!!

Carmel facilitated both the sale of my town house and the purchase of a new apartment off the plan. Neither proved to be smooth sailing. However, Carmel guided me through the ups and downs with her expertise, total dedication, and, at all times, the utmost concern for her client. She was available always to answer any queries and went over and above to obtain the best outcome for me. I would certainly recommend her to any prospective client.

From my first meeting with Carmel, I found her to be very pleasant and well informed. Throughout the process of selling our property Carmel was extremely helpful with great communication. We appreciated her honesty and helped us to have realistic expectations of what the result might be. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carmel to prospective clients. Thank you
