Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience with him. My husband and I bought a property and were pushed to reduce the timeline for settlement which we managed to make it happen on the agreed timeline. So when the date came and we had the move all organised we found out the property wasn’t even properly registered. This information on the selling days was different and misleading. After Carmelito sent us the unconditional contract he left for the solicitor to tell us that we could not move in as settlement was not going to happen. So much stress he has caused to our family. Only after us putting a lot of pressure to move in as we had all aligned for it, we got a temporary contract to be in the house (paying for a weekly fee, would you believe it!?😳) for a settlement that might happen one day. But who cares, right? For sure not Carmelito as his selling was done and dusted.
