Carmen is an extremely professional and personable real estate agent whose efforts were exceptional in the selling of our property. Carmen did significant research to understand the nature of the area, demographics and future planning to be able to inform all prospective buyers above and beyond their expectations. She also understood the property, and was able to offer suggestions to buyers on other opportunities for the property (eg, creating 3rd bedroom) to make it more attractive, as well as understanding the benefits of the property in terms of location, size, attractiveness and many other features. Carmen was very professional, respectful and friendly to all the prospective buyers. An example of this was at the auction, she was able to greet all potential buyers by name and understood their situation and advise accordingly. It was evident that all the prospective buyers trusted her implicitly and were very keen to hear her perspective, and that is also a key point in my dealing with Carmen, she is completely open and has great integrity and I also trusted her implicitly. I received regular updates from Carmen on what was happening with the selling process and potential purchasers and felt very comfortable and reassured that everything was being done to ensure the best possible price could be achieved. Carmen worked extremely hard with all prospective buyers and was able to maximise the number of bidders at the auction and also the result on the day as she worked with each of the buyers to support them in their efforts to bid and purchase the property. Carmen has done an outstanding job selling a studio apartment in Potts Point for me in June 2019, during a time when the Sydney Property market was in a condition where selling was extremely difficult. Carmen went out of her way securing me a buyer and a great selling price. Her efforts in managing potential buyers were beyond any expectations on a real estate agent. She was following up every potential buyer multiple times, spent many hours managing their varying demands and questions and was able to form a positive relationship with them which eventually lead to the sale of the property. Carmen was available every single Saturday to open the apartment for public inspections and also made herself available whenever an interested party asked for a private inspection, often multiple times a week. All along the way Carmen kept me up to date with every development, communication between us occurred almost daily during the sales period and I always felt on top of the process. Considering the fact that it was only a small studio apartment we sold, the effort Carmen put into the sale was no different from selling a much more lucrative property.
