Having been established within our local community for many years, Coomera Realty is known to be a highly successful, locally owned and operated family business and Coomera Realty is proud to have Principal Geoff Benson’s eldest daughter Carmen as the Office Administrator to support the Property Management and Sales Departments. Carmen has been with Coomera Realty since it opened the doors on the Oxenford office in 2003 and has worked in every department of the Agency over the past 18 years.
Carmen provides administration support to both the Property Management and Sales Departments in regards to Rentals and Sales appraisals, listing documents, leasing documents, contracts, online marketing and social media marketing. Carmen also assists with routine inspections and maintenance on rental properties and client liaison with landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers.
