Carmen took care of all the styling & project managed, painters, carpets etc. Made it such a breeze and took all the hassle of selling out of our hands.

I first met Carmen when she sold the unit to me back in 2008 and was more than happy to engage her and the staff at LJH Lane Cove when it was time to move on. The marketing campaign was spot on and we had so many interested groups that there was a queue down the stairs on each open house. The photographs were excellent - I hardly recognized the place - and Carmen kept me in the loop after each inspection. And when it came to the auction, Stewart Kirkby (owner of LJH Lane Cove) was simply awesome. The atmosphere was upbeat and entertaining and when all is said and done, the unit was sold for 11% over reserve. I couldn't have been any happier. Carmen, Stewart and all the staff at LJH Lane Cove provide superb customer service, go the extra mile and get you the best result. I would recommend them without hesitation and have done on several occasions.

Out of the three agents we interviewed, Carmen was the one I felt most at ease with and confident she would provide a good service without being fed a line. I believed she had a good knowledge of the area, was spot on with the property value and provided assistance with the styling which was a weakness of mine. Her costs were mid range out of the three but was happy to negotiate to secure the sale. She provided good feedback after each viewing and was respectful to both us as clients and to prospective purchasers when they had questions and queries. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell in the Lane Cove area.

Carmen was excellent from start to finish. She guided us through the process and assisted us with a number of unanticipated issues that were not of her making. Couldn't spell names with the right casing upon winning the auction. Gave very short final inspection time, claiming she had other events planned after the 15 minutes of inspection. Sends expired vouchers as gifts for the purchase of a property. Unfriendly towards us when we came to the auction.

Carmen made what seemed a daunting exercise a smooth and relatively stress free one. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking to sell / buy in Lane Cove.

We stumbled across the property a week prior to auction almost by accident as we had been searching in another area. However, Carmen was extremely helpful with providing lots of very useful information for us prior to the auction, particularly given our challenge of being potential buyers from outside of Sydney. Her communication during the settlement period was also very good.
