We enjoyed dealing with Carol but my review may not do her justice as the sale all went so smoothly there was little need for questions and we had no concerns at all so our contact was limited. A good thing!! Michael took the lead on negotiations and market knowledge so we didn't get the opportunity to experience or assess Carol's skill in these areas, hence the 'average' somewhat 'default' rating.
