I have known carol for many years, first meeting her at open homes when we were searching for a house ourselves. I found her to be honest and up front unlike some other realestate professionals. We had been considering selling our investment property for some time and had spoken to many agents at various times asking them there opinion of weather it was the right time to sell or not and they were all very eager to get the listing now and attempted to convince me that the market may deteriorate and get worse. Carol on the otherhand was very honest and said no now is not the right time to sell and if you hang on you the market should improve. It was this honesty even tho it would effect her chance of immediate income, that led me to choose carol for the task of selling our property. Carol assisted us in deciding what repairs/renovations we should do to get the best bang for buck. She then listed the property and achieved a contract within several weeks. This contract was long and complicated as it involved a few steps with sales of a business and properties.
