Carol was just great. The property had been jointly bought but we did not work well together. The owner decided to sell the property (just as I was about to take off for the UK and USA) without discussion about which agent or anything. Carol approached me with such gentleness and tack that i was immediately reassured she would be totally open and unbiased with me. Carol had the property spoken for in no time (was it really two days?). She kept me informed all the way through, especially when there were delays with Hamblins getting their finance (difficult for all parties). So, the sale was finalised.
