Carol Gilmour—Licensed Real Estate Agent Cert IV in Property Services Carol has 30 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. She founded a successful Real Estate agency in Kenilworth and operated it for 15 years before selling the agency for a change of pace. After a few additional years servicing the Kenilworth and Mary Valley areas, Carol has now made the move to Gympie. She brings with her a wealth of experience, passion and results, and good old fashioned area knowledge. Carol is experienced in all aspects of selling property. She loves meeting new people and is skilled in making clients feel welcome and listened to. Originally from Victoria, Carol and her family moved to Gympie as a child, where she completed her schooling. Carol enjoys motor bike adventure riding and boating and fishing. A sociable and fun-loving person, she is not afraid of karaoke, karate, or camping, and can often be found catching up with friends or exploring our wonderful region.

Excellent to deal with

Carol’s communication with us as buyers from the first moment was exceptional. We always knew where we stood and I found her excellent to deal with. She was understanding of situations and flexible. She was always going above and beyond to help us and make the sale seamless and always got back to us in record time. We don’t have bad things to say about her. She was always punctual, was great during negotiations, we got a great price and she was trustworthy through the whole process.

Carol is a star!!!

She had a buyer for my house in a week of listing. Carol’s knowledge of the local real estate market is obvious. Team this with her enthusiasm for her work and it is no surprise that she is so good at her job. All communication was prompt, informative, helpful and friendly. Professional

Carol was our agent to sell our house in Pie Creek and we purchased a house from her too. She negotiated with the buyer of our home and the seller of our new home in price, making the sale and purchase possible. We found Carol to be personable and nothing was too much. Regarding the purchase of our new home we found Carol Gilmour to be excellent at her job, very friendly, professional, efficient and work done in a quick timely manner. Professional and Courteous

Carol was excellent to work with throughout the whole sale process. Although a couple of challenges were thrown at her, she managed them with a professional and courteous approach. Although I have moved away from the Gympie area now, if I were to be interested in purchasing a property there again, I would be sure to contact Carol.
