I would give Carol 10/10 easy, after seeing her at a couple of open homes she understood what I was really after, I was not getting silly phone calls to suggesting to come and look at this and that, she only called me when there really was something that I would like which is great because she didn't waste my time. Eventually I brought a property off the market after looking seriously for about 6 months. Even her assistant gave us really great advice about different suburbs around the areas that we were looking at, Carol and her assistant is the best team I have ever come across, they don't come across as that pushy carsales man but as people that truely want to help you find that right place for you to call home and never want to leave.

CAROL DELIVERED ON THE OUR AGREED EXPECTATIONS

We first noticed our Unit 21/12 Terrigal Esplanade, Terrigal in the display window of Raine & Horne Terrigal late on Sunday 14 October 2017. We immediately inquired in the office and were told it had just gone on the market. The office said listing Agent Carol Jennings was not then available but if we left out contact mobile Carol would ring ASAP. Carol rang back as we were leaving terrigal and we arranged to inspect the unit the next Tuesday 17 October. We saw the unit then and commenced negotiations back at the Agents office. Carol skillfully handled negotiations back and forth between the vendors and ourselves and price was agreed. We moved very quickly to arrange all pre exchange issues and Carol was most helpful in ensuring a very quick exchange of contracts on Friday 20 October 2017.

As a purchaser we found Carol honest and very helpful through the process. She was always willing to assist with inspections etc and was extremely helpful and responsive to all queries we had. I would not hesitate to use her if I was looking to sell.
