Supportive and practical

When looking for an agent to sell my house I met with Carol who immediately put me at ease with the whole process. She was professional, efficient and practical. It made it an easy decision to go with Carol and Di Jones. Throughout the selling process nothing was too much. She was always on time, always followed through and always available to answer any queries. The process was stressful in that the market slowed down and we needed to readjust our expectations and I found Carol very supportive in that process. In negotiation with the eventual buyer she worked hard to push for me to get the best price possible at the time.
