The sale process was so much easier than we imagined.

We saw three agents when we were planning to sell our holiday property which we had owned for 35 years. Carol was the first agent we saw and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge of the local area and her willingness to meet our needs. She certainly did not let us down. We received three offers at the first (and only) open house and Carol obtined a price which was well in excess of the figure that we thought that we would get. Carol did everything that she said she would and she and her team were always very pleasant to deal with.
