The most valuable part of my interaction with Carol before, during after the sale was her great communication. She was available and willing to discuss all aspects of preparing the property for sale, feedback during the inspection process and negotiation with prospective buyers and in the lead up to settlement. I greatly appreciated how approachable and personable she was at all times.
We had a tough sell with difficult tenants and and far from ideal conditions, but Carol persistently worked through the issues, faced the adversity, and got us a good result. Her instincts and approaches to getting the job done were spot on.

Carole was the selling agent for our new property at Ferny Creek and we found her professionalism and friendliness made the purchase of our property very easy despite having trouble in selling our property in Wheelers Hill. We would highly recommend Carole if you are looking to sell your property in the area as her knowledge of the area, ability to engage and assist potential purchases is something that we wished we had been lucky enough to have when selling our previous property. They say selling your home can be one of the most stressful times ever. With 3 kids under 6 i was resigned to losing my mind when we went on the market. Carol was amazing! Sticking to her word of no surprise visits, as well as honest discusions about marketing strategy for our price range and giving us advise on things that might help. She went above and beyond my expectations. I delt safe putting my bigest asset into her hands knowing she was working for us to get us the best price in the time frame we had. I am not sure how common the scenario in which my family found ourselves in is, however, having been told that we needed to move out of our rental we found ourselves investigating if we could buy or not... and time ticked on!! With just over 3 weeks left until we needed to move out of our Rental we met Carol, who introduced us to a lovely mudbrick home in the Hills on a lovely block of land, it seemed like the perfect home for our family. We put in an offer for a 30 day settlement (longer than when we needed to vacate our home) and waited. Carol worked hard from that point on, contacting other potential buyers and getting the offer to the vendor, which was accepted. Yay!! Carol also let us know that the vendor was open to potentially allowing us to move in earlier than our settlement date. It was certainly fast tracked, and in the short amount of time, we had to organise finances, get the house valued, and Carol assisted us every step of the way, so in the end we moved in... just in time, a week before settlement, allowing us to vacate our rental. So on a very rushed settlement, my thanks go to Carol who was on the ball and assisted a very happy customer!
