Carols commitment to getting our house sold was second to none. She communicated with us every step of the way, keeping us informed of anything we needed to know. She was always flexible and professional.

We can’t recommend Carol highly enough. She done a wonderful job of getting our townhouse ready for sale, from organising quotes from tradesmen to advertising the property. Best realestate agent we have ever dealt with.

Exceptional knowledge of the area of the property she sold , Carol went far and beyond our expectations , We wouldn't hesitate to use Carol in any real estate dealings we have in the future , Carol took professional levels to the highest level , We thank you Carol , Gail and Keith.

We listed our property with Carol and sold within 10 days. Her attention to detail was second to none and she kept us fully informed every step of the way. The marketing was extremely professional and we achieved an outcome better than we expected. We cannot speak too highly of Carol and her outstanding service. We were so pleased with the result Carol achieved that we have decided to market a second property with her. This property was in need of some renovation and Carol has been very helpful in coordinating all the tradespeople needed to get the job done, and we fully anticipate another very successful outcome. Thank you, Carol.

Being our very first home purchase we really needed someone who could guide us through the complexity of the process. Carol was so incredibly professional and caring and went out of her way to make this journey a great experience. She’s down to earth, knowledgeable, practical and nothing was too much trouble. We trusted Carol throughout and she’s been fantastic going over and above answering all our questions and making herself available. I can’t imagine going through this without her and if we need a real estate agent in future we’d go nowhere else. Thanks Carol!!!

Carol was easy to deal with with the purchase of our new property. Always available for any questions or concerns we had through the process. Happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

It was a pleasure working with Carol as agent on the sale of my unit. I was very happy with Carol's communication skills from start to finish. She took the time to understand the main features which make the property appealing. Coorparoo is currently not an easy market to sell units, but Carol's energy, attention to detail and positive attitude resulted in a great outcome for me as seller, and the buyer was happy as well. I would recommend Carol's services to anyone wishing to sell a property and would engage her again if the opportunity arose.

Carol was professional at all times and made the entire experience no fuss and worry free. From the very first contact until well after the sale was finalised Carol made me feel like I was her only client and I am so very grateful to her for her efforts. She goes above and beyond to ensure you are well informed at all times and she works hard to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. I can highly recommend Carol if you are looking for a professional, reliable and trustworthy agent who will work hard for you every step of the way. Thank you Carol - you are one in a million!

Carol was of great assistance with our purchase of the property. It was easy to communicate with her as she was attentive to all our concerns at each stage of the process. Carol went beyond the standard to provide us a smooth transition into our new property without any issues. I would highly recommend Carol.

We found Carol Spalding to be an excellent agent to deal with. Her professionalism and her prestentation was outstanding and matched only by her friendlyness and knowledge of the property and it's surroundings. We would gladly recommend her to anyone who is wishing to sell or buy any property and we wish her well for her future endeavours. Best regards Les & Faye Robinson (very satisfied customers)

This is the 2nd property we have listed with Carol, this one being listed at a rather more difficult time in the market. Carol worked tirelessly to find the best deal possible for us and remained enthusiastic, very professional and committed throughout. Thoroughly recommend Carol and would engage her again without hesitation.

Carol knew about Carina and the market conditions. She was helpful with her initial feedback and organised the open homes without any hassle. I particularly appreciated the follow-up after each open home. She was thorough in inspecting the house before the sale to ensure it was staged well for the open homes. She was efficient in organising the photos, open homes and everything. Quick and easy sale. Thank you, Carol.
