Thanks Carol for the great service. You kept us very well informed and gave us sound advice when negotiating!

I have to say with the amazing advertising and marketing of our property , it was very popular - having over 89 couples come through our Open homes - Our home was sold fast and for a price that did exceed our expectations ., Through out the entire Sale of our home , Carole remained Honest and Professional, She worked hard , very hard - even we could see she had a passion to do her best - The results show for itself ., I highly recommend Carole - she is a true professional , Honest and real

The property sold once we asked the tenants to vacate. One of the tenants was quite overbearing & difficult to deal with which extended the sale period
