But, don’t let the little old lady routine fool you as Carol has just the right amount of c#*t in her to fight it out with buyers who are trying to wear you down and diddle you out of a price you deserve. She is relentless when she is fighting for you and many times worked past normal hours to see potential buyers of our property. We were low-balled constantly and Carol ended up getting us the new highest sale price for a property in our area. Carol genuinely works around you and your needs. That said, if she honestly believes you are making the wrong decision, she will definitely let you know. She backs up her advice with facts, figures and experience and we are very glad we listened. Do yourself a favour and give her a call. Buyers won’t know what to do when a kind, little old lady with good dress sense is helping them learn everything they need to know about your property, turns into a ruthless warrior trying to get the best price imaginable for her clients. You won’t be disappointed.
