Carol knows the local area very well. I attended one of her open houses where she impressed me with her knowledge of the property being sold. She also pointed out a repair item that I hadn’t seen and said it would be repaired before I moved in. She is very approachable and I found communicating with her by phone or text always provided me with a timely response. In the time between the tenant moving out and me moving in she kept me informed all the way. She was very professional in her dealings with me.
