I was looking to sell my apartment, and came across Carol’s profile among the agents who'd sold other apartments within my building. If she missed any of my calls she’d call me back ASAP (instead of me having to call her again), she made sure she was there to answer any of my questions (I hadn’t sold anything before, so wasn’t across the process), she was also very clear with cost breakdown around around her commission and the advertisement costs. Carol was even able to save me some of those costs by finding the floor plan for the apartment, and providing me the standard commission percentage, which was really lovely of her. The staged photos and description for the apartment listing were done up beautifully. She also recommended some great professionals to handle some final cleanup touches which I’m grateful for, I think it helped make the apartment extra special. Carol being a local in Taringa and an established agent really helped with guiding my decisions around which offer to accept and how streamlined the whole sale experience was. During the whole process of getting the apartment ready and having it go through inspections, she’d keep me updated for how everything went.
