I live interstate and don’t know Brisbane and COVID was arriving and I wanted to sella property to close a deceased estate. I had encountered Carol on a previous brief visit and was impressed but when it came time to sell I talked with several agents. It was a difficult decision but I got it right. Carol has great local knowledge and is a canny businesswoman. Plus, she’s a good listener and problem solver. She got the result I wanted and helped with some solicitor generated delays.
