Absolutely outstanding, cannot recommend enough

Carol was absolutely outstanding throughout the sale of our property. What started as a fairly straightforward sale became a much more complex process after building and pest issues came up, and I genuinely do not think we would have achieved the result we did without her. Carol went well beyond what I would normally expect from a real estate agent - coordinating trades, organising quotes, helping manage repairs, keeping the process moving, and giving us confidence when things looked pretty difficult. Her communication, confidence and calmness made a huge difference. There were moments where I probably would have lost confidence or made the wrong call, but Carol’s advice and experience kept everything on track. She treated the sale like it genuinely mattered and took ownership of the outcome. I’m extremely grateful for her effort and would have no hesitation recommending her to friends or family. I wish I had more houses to sell (straight forward ones for her sake) - cannot thank Carol enough Thank you again, Carol. You were incredible.
