Carol & Nick are probably the best realestate agents in Casuarina/Kingscliff. I say this even though I’m certain you do not need an agent to sell your house. In fact your house sells itself, nobody buys a house because of the realestate agent. They don’t work very hard to sell your house, you do. It’s you that gets it ready for the open homes and makes it look like a show home for that half an hour Saturday viewing. Also don’t naively fall for the “a large data base” of buyers bullshit. They aren’t buyers looking for the exact type of home you are selling, they are just names collected from open homes and web enquiries the agents have had over the years. They have probably long bought or not even looking to buy anymore, it is not a data base of buyers they are at best merely prospects. Only having your house advertised on the web (realestate.com) do you sell your house. Bearing all this in mind I can say Carol & Nick did a textbook realestate agent job so I give them 5 out of 15.
