When we decided to sell our house we didn't have to think about who to choose. We had had dealings with Carol for a few years prior to the sale. Carol kept checking back with us and discussing timing of our sale. When we finally decided to sell Carol suggested a price and she made a few suggestions on how to better achieve this price with some renovations. We followed her advice and never looked back.
