Excellent trouble free quick sale

This is the 2nd property Carol has sold for us, both have been quick and smooth. The 2nd sold with first viewers and full asking price before the board had even gone up. Even though we were overseas for the 2nd property Carol communicated everything to us quickly and smoothly. Carol has a no nonsense common sense approach which is refreshing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carol and Hillsea to anyone considering an agent.
