I had used Carola's business KBR when renting out my property before moving into it and so Carola was the logical agent to approach when I decided to sell it. I expected my property to be on the market for some time, but Carola sold it on the first day, which was fantastic, eliminating the inconvenience associated with keeping it on the market for an extended period. Carola certainly does go "the extra mile": as I was away from home for most of each week, she made everything easy, letting in tradesmen and accommodating buyer access to the property pre-settlement, as well as being extremely helpful in organising cleaners, etc., when I found myself unexpectedly in hospital during the settlement period. I have no hesitation in recommending Carola to any prospective seller.

Carola was an absolute angel to my mum and I during the sale of mum's Kings Beach unit in January. My mum was very anxious as we live interstate and wasn't sure how things would go ( as we live so far away in Melbourne). She also struggled letting go of the unit as my father and her have been holidaying in Caloundra for the past thirty years.He passed away last April, so there was also emotional ties to the property. Carola was very understanding and never pressured mum to put the unit on the market. When mum was ready, she felt quite comfortable dealing with Carola ( and Shane ). There was constant communication between us and Carola always kept us informed as to what was happening. Even when we left to come back home, Carola organised to have a charity pick up what was in working order, and the rest of the things were taken to the rubbish tip. I would highly recommend Carola for her professionalism, understanding and compassion as well as being very approachable. She truly made the whole sale of the unit run very smoothly. It was a positive result and my mum and I are very pleased with the outcome.

Well we were lucky to find the agent of you dreams. We met Carola in 1997 when we decided to buy our first investment property. She was the selling agent working for the seller but working with the buyer as well. So we bought and rented it out.
