We first met Carole at an open house in our street some years ago. Having ascertained that we would be downsizing at some point, she kept in touch with us with occasional phone calls and emails. She was never pushy, but just asked if we were still looking and suggested that we look at properties she had seen and thought we might like. Towards the end of last year we bought an apartment and needed to sell our house. We felt that Carole was the person we would like to use as our agent and got in touch with her.
