I found Carole on a search engine and when I submitted my info she replied immediately and all through the sale of our house she was always available. I found her to be friendly and had a great knowledge of the local market. She worked well with us even when we ran into issues after our tenants moved out and left damage so what should have been a quick sell took a bit longer however she managed to get us the price we wanted. I would highly recommend Carole

From the moment I met Carole she was fantastic ！She helped me to sold two properties in 2016 and 2022 at amazing speed and satisfactory prices.
She is very professional , helpful and always went above and beyond for me !
Can never thank her enough and I would recommend her 100% to anyone .
Thank you .

It was great experience to working with Carole. She has been really helpful and very easy to communicate. She knows what to do with your property and gives the best advise.

First and foremost, Carole made me feel comfortable and I was confident she had our best interests at heart! It was a difficult move for us and we had to overcome quite a few hurdles and I always felt I could reach out to Carole if I was not sure. I would highly recommend her services to anyone thinking of selling. Professional, honest and totally trustworthy. Thanks for all your help Carole we really appreciate it!

I asked Carole to give me an appraisal for my house and glad I'm chose her to sell it for me. I found Carole to be very professional, friendly and a not over the top sales person who did such a great job getting my house ready for sale and then an offer within days of opening. Thankyou Carole it was lovely to meet you and I would recommend you in a heart beat to anyone I know wanting to sell.

Simply the Best! She went above and beyond. Before selling we spoke to a number of Real Estate agents and found that Carole was the most trustworthy and got the best results for us. Straight to the point type of person. Thanks again

From the start of meeting Carole Saville I found a very down to earth lady with an lot knowledge for the all areas in the sellers market. She gave me guidance and was sympathetic to the dealings' that I had to go though during this period of grief. So it was nice to have a friendly face but honest as a professional real state agent Regards Peter

Found Carole to be friendly and efficient and very knowledgeable on the area.

Shown excellent knowledge of the market, very well prepared at first meeting providing relevant information on our property and local market. Very professional and kept us informed throughout the process and proactive in managing all matters. Gave us confidence from the outset that we are in excellent hands and someone who is in a league above other real estate agents. (We sold 4 houses in last 18 months and wish we only knew of Carole when selling the other houses).

So impressed .Carole has a real can do approach She is totally professional Always pleasant and knows exactly what to do in every situation Couldn’t ask for a better Service Thanks Carole

Carole was informative with suburb data prior to the whole sale and settlement process. Every step of the sale was explained and organised well. Any queries or requests i had were answered and dealt with promptly. Very professional. I would recommend Carole to anyone selling a property.

I highly recommend Carole. I was working out what to do? Over the years she has been there to help and advise along the way without any obligation what so ever. Finally I subdivided my block and Carole has sold my home, I can now build my dream home on the remaining block and feel financially secure in my future. Thanks for the fantastic service, the great result and always going above and beyond for me, it is sincerely appreciated!!
