We initially purchased the property physically unseen and only from the internet advertisement, which was well presented and beautifully captured the entirety of the property. We contacted Carole who was honest and open about the property and it’s value. After some initial negotiations, we agreed on a price and the process was smooth sailing from there. When we did visit the property a number of weeks later, Carole made herself available in a number of occasions for us and other family to look at the property, she was very accomodating and understanding. Whilst the property was vacant, Carole was really understanding and professional, arranging for pool maintenance and garden upkeep to ensure the property would be displayed in the best possible light. Having dealt with Carole and her team during the purchase of my property, I would highly recommend her services when either selling or buying a house. She was available anytime and happy to take questions - even the silly ones. Carole was also able to recommend an excellent settlement agent who assisted us with the remainder of the process.
