For some months we were considering selling our home and moving to pastures new. So we did the usually call several agents and have them come round for a chat and an appraisal. Amongst the several real estate agents that attended we met Carole. We had learned from previous sales some agents give you an evaluation that you want to here, whereby Carole came prepared to give an honest evaluation. It was clear from her sales strategy and research , she knew what she was talking about. Carole's communication style is friendly and helpful but that's what you expect from all real estate agents but Carole had more than your average real estate agent, she had the X factor! She was honest, clear, professional and an an effective listener. Her warm personality and cracking sense of humour, made us feel we could trust her. At that time we couldn't decide to sell or not and we made our indecisiveness clear and at that we expected a big encouraging sales pitch! Carole didn't push us into selling, she was frank and understood our views and respected our opinions, her approach was, no problem have a think and if you want to go ahead let me know . One would expect her to bolt for the door but not Carole. Time is valuable but she then chatted for a while about non real estate matters and her genuine kind human nature shone through. Three months later we called her again to discuss the situation. She listened to our needs and personal views and she valued them. We decided there was only one person who we wanted from the millions of real estate agents in WA, to sell our home, it was going to be Carole.The rest is history and we sold our home all thanks to Carole. If I could describe her in a few words it would be, professional , friendly, excellent communication skills, elegant, honest and trustworthy, I would highly recommend her, save time and pick Carole, if carlsberg made real estate agents they would make Carole, probably the best real estate agent in the world!!!!!

When we decided to sell our property in Perth ( August 2017) the market was very slow and we knew we needed some serious help.
