We came to Carole after a bad experience with a previous estate agent, Carole promised she would be open with us from the start, would try her utmost to sell our house, and after being on market for 6 weeks with previous agent and no interest, Carole took it on and sold it in 9 days for a very satisfactory price. She also cajoled the bank to make sure the buyers finance was approved in a timely manner. I cannot rate Carole highly enough she delivered her promise and more.
